Kickboxing an excellent way to stay in shape, but it can also help you gain confidence, improve coordination, relieve stress, and build self-defense skills.

Class often includes, warm up, technique of the day, and then live sparring rounds.

No one should feel compelled to participate in sparring, only if you wish to do so.
